Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CoreWorkSuite (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@coreworksuite.work.
The service
CoreWorkSuite is a personal work-management application: goal, task, and note tracking, calendar and inbox integrations, and an AI assistant ("Companion") that drafts plans and summaries. CoreWorkSuite is in early access - features change, and things may occasionally break. It's provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use the Service for your own legitimate work-management purposes. Don't: use it for anything illegal; attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or overload the infrastructure; resell or provide the Service to others as your own; or use the AI features to generate content intended to harm, harass, or deceive someone.
Third-party integrations
Gmail, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and WhatsApp (via Twilio) integrations depend on those providers' own availability and policies. We aren't responsible for their outages, API changes, or account actions. Connecting them is always your choice, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings.
AI-generated content
Plans, summaries, and suggestions Companion produces are generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. You're responsible for reviewing anything AI-generated before relying on it - Companion never takes an action on your data without you initiating or explicitly approving it.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, or discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreWorkSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content or the unavailability of a connected third-party integration.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
